In accordance with Article 15 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER:
Right of Withdrawal Period:
You can exercise your right of withdrawal until at least 24 hours before the tour date. Full refund will be made for withdrawal requests within this period.
Cases Where Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:
- Services to be performed on a specific date or period (Regulation Article 15/ğ)
- Withdrawal requests made 24 hours or less before the tour date

For disputes arising from this agreement, up to the value determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction took place, and for disputes above this value, Consumer Courts are authorized.
This agreement comes into effect upon reservation confirmation by the BUYER. The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the agreement.
By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement. The contract text will be sent to your email address along with the reservation confirmation.
