Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Information

As Big Kral Boat, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation and Refund Policy regulates reservation cancellation conditions and refund procedures.

2. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours in Advance

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date will receive a 100% refund. The refund will be processed to your payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the tour date will not receive a refund. However, you may change the date or transfer to another person.

No-Show

In case of not attending the tour without prior notice, no refund will be made and the reservation fee will be fully charged.

3. How to Make a Cancellation?

You can submit your cancellation request through the following methods:

Important Note: You will be notified via email after your cancellation request is confirmed.

4. Refund Process

For cancellations that meet refund conditions:

Refund process starts after cancellation confirmation
Credit card payments: Refunded to your card within 5-10 business days
Bank transfer payments: Transferred to your account within 3-5 business days
Refund amount is without deduction from the total amount you paid

5. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or force majeure:

An alternative date will be offered to you
If you do not accept the alternative date, a 100% refund will be made
The decision will be communicated to you at least 2 hours before the tour

6. Date Change

You can change the date instead of cancelling your reservation:

Changes made at least 24 hours before the tour date are free of charge
Changes cannot be made less than 24 hours before the tour
Date changes are subject to availability

7. Transfer to Another Person

You can transfer your reservation to another person. To transfer, simply provide us with your reservation number and new participant information. Transfer is free of charge.
